How long have you been crocheting?
I haven't been crocheting very long at all. Just over a month, I think. My friend introduced me to it early last December and it's been dominating all my free time ever since!

Just over a month?! That's amazing. Do you want to try to crochet anything else beside amigurumi?
I think I love amigurumi too much to fit learning to crochet anything else in! Haha. I do want to hopefully delve into making animal hats, mittens and perhaps some cute little peter-pan collars in the future though.
Where does most of your inspiration come from?
I think most of my inspiration is drawn from the pink and frilly ideal of little girl's tea parties, along with Alice in Wonderland and vintage fa

It was such a hard decision to pick the winner for this contest as I liked so many of them! However, I'm going to have to go with from *Icedeb!

ChangesI just want to let you know about some recent changes to our group.

We have 4 new admins! They will be helping the group out in various ways.

Folder limitations are being set, beginning this month. You will be able to submit 3 deviations everyday, but only one view of each project will be accepted.

Beginning in January, will we be having a contest AND a challenge every month! You'll be able to enter both or neither, with plenty of chances to get lots of exposure for your work!

Now for a chance to give your thoughts...I've been considering for awhile to change our Super Group donation pool (found on my homepage) to a Contest Prize pool. Let us know in the comments if you have any feelings on this either way, especially if you've already donated to the cause!

Hats for Sandy HookI just found out today that there is a project going on to make beanie hats for the students of Sandy Hook Elementary. They need plain green/white beanies and are trying to collect 600 of them. The deadline for this project is January 31, 2013. If you can help out by making a hat and sending it off, that would be so wonderful. There is also a

group that is collecting 6 inch squares to put together blankets for the victims families.
