Thanks for the article it is very informative, I'm sorry you are passing for this, I just have a few years crocheting and I know I'll be very upset if I have to stop. I find the ergonomic hooks more comfortable to crochet and I haven't try the plastic ones, but the brand I use, Clover Soft Touch, goes smoothly in the yarn.

I was wondering if the gloves really helps to relive stress, because I  feel my hand numb from time to time, so now I know, thanks for the tip
